How can I understand the archaic English language used in Shakespeare's plays?

I'm reading "Romeo and Juliet," and I'm finding it difficult to understand and make sense of most of the text because of the way it's written, with different sentence structures, grammar, and words (art, thee, though, different verb forms, etc.). Are there any good websites that explain some of this English usage, or can you explain some aspects of this language to help me understand my reading better?
