What do you do with expired frozen breastmilk?

A friend of mine (who also happens to be a breastfeeding consultant) advised me to discard or throw away expired frozen breastmilk or use it as milk bath. Isn't it kind of a waste to just throw away hard-labored breastmilk? What other suggestions do you have with regards to any other uses of expired frozen breastmilk?

If it's expired, you need to get rid of it. I know what you mean about wanting to use it for something else-- but, maybe set it out and let the animals drink it--just as long as you don't give it to your baby.
