I've quit smoking, but when I did smoke, I found that I had to have a cigarette after a meal. The meal just wasn't complete until I'd had my cigarette. Another time I always had a craving for a cigarette was the first moment I got up. In fact for a month after I quit, I found myself looking for my cigarettes on the night stand every morning.
