Online vs Real life money..

I have been thinking over the past year which is actually better, a lot of people will say life because they have grown up knowing work for a living, but now that the internet is literally exploding with new ideas, websites, and users, it is becoming a more visible goal to earn a good income online, i mean with all the new programs such as Google adsense and yahoo ads, etc, but the chances of actually getting a good income on the first, second, or third try are still low... I don't know, just an idea!
What do you guys think?

Online money is better if you you spend a lot of time on the internet and especially if your job is online. Right now the majority of my money is in online stocks and my paypal account.

I'm one of those that has worked a life job for a living. I am not opposed to your idea, but how reliable is the net? It is so full of cons and scams.
If I was you I would keep my day job untill you figure out the magic formula for earning on line.
