It is edimburgh, even if glasgow is the most known and the most famous, especially for football teams rangers and celtic

As a person from Edinburgh, I will say Edinburgh is capital of Scotland - however these days not many Scots actually live there!

The capital of Scotland is Edinburgh. I was there last week and it is a fine city full of history and now populated by very nice people.
