Some of the questions we ask graduates at interview include: 1) What project have you completed during your studies that you are most proud of and why and did you complete this within the set deadlines? (this is to check your project and time management skills) 2) Have you been involved in any clubs or associations whilst studying and did you hold any positions of responsibility? (this is to see if you have any leadership skills and also if you're a team player) 3) If we were to ask 3 of your teachers to say something good about you, what do you think they would say? (to see how you are perceived by those in authority) 4) If we were to ask 3 of your college friends to say something positive about you, what would they say? (to see how you are perceived by your peers) 5) Have you mentored any junior students in years below you? (to see if you have the ability to coach/train others) I hope these are of some use to you :)
