Carnatic music can be considered as the base of Indian Classical Music. The various Bhava that each raaga give us is something unexplainable. It is to be known. it is a god's gift that u have the ability to sing. Only a person not having that quality knows how difficult it is to sing. Thus a chance to study it is a rare opportunity. Never miss a chance to learn.
I am learning Carnatic Music for the last 10 years. In my child hood I could not study it. But late I found my GURU.
Each and every raaga while render gives different feelings to our mind. Madhyamavathi, Sankarabharanam, Kalyani, Hindolam, Aanantha Bhairavi..... it is unlimited. Only thing is to enjoy it.

I have learnt it from my mother who is a good singer and teacher. And now as my daughter has a good voice, I have put her in classes which she really enjoys.
