Frustration

have u ever been frustrated to the point of rage when u simply do not understand what to do, you feel pissed, yet u do not feel like talking? What do you do then?

I always had been suffering from this disease of frustration since two months back, yes I had even suffered from rage of frustration either. I cry alot in the atmosphere of lonliness, and then I take some high anti-bitics which helps me to fall in the depth slumber, after than I even dont know where Im and who I'm.
