How much time do you takes to post a quality discussion on My Lot?

I am a new member here at my lot and it takes around 4 min for me to post a new discussion, but i am confused if i am taking more time or less, i would need some answers from other members as how much time do they take to post a quality discussion.

I minute tops. That is unless I have a lot to say about the subject. There are very few times when I spend less than a minute though.
