How do you keep your dog clean?

Well, you could wash it weekly or every two weeks, or even do it in variation. And keep things that keep things like the salves for flee and tick removal. And also take it to a groomer monthly, because they can brush it to keep his or hers hair healthy. And they squeeze the dogs anal glands too, which is unhealthy if they aren't emptied.

I don't have a god...but if I'll have one for sure it's gonna be the cleanest dog ever ^^lol =] hmm...ways to keep your dog clean, you can make your dog a bath once in a while, give him good dog's food, take care of the environement too by taking his p** :D in plastic bags. i'm happy for you taht you have a dog^^ I want a cat :]

well...its hard to keep them clean becouse i am living at the house not in the apartament..so they are all the day out.but i make them a bath in every 9 days...i have 2 shar-pei...thouse dogs whit a lot of skin...i will add a litlle later some pictures whit them on my privat photos...sant super misto!!!

It depends on what the breed is and what type of coat he has. Generally daily brushing will be not only a good bonding activity but keep them from smelling. Depending on the breed you'll want to bathe him weekly to monthly. I'm simply amazed at the number of people who complain that their dog smells and yet don't take the time to care for their coats. You'd stink too if you never bathed. When all else fails, take them to a groomer regularly.

i always give him a nice bad in the early afternoon just to be sure the weather is warm enough so that he will not be cold and chilling. i also train him to pee or poo on the right place so that it will not become dirty.

my dog is a cocker spaniel. i keep it clean by giving it a bath twice or atleast once a week. after that i check and clean its ears. Then i comb its hair and cut its nails if they are already long. I don't bush my dog's teeth since I'm having a hard time doing it, instead I just give him a chew toys. I have another which is a japanese spits. Unlike my cocker spaniel it doesn't need much attention on its grooming. I just give it a bath atleast once a month and brush its hair and that's it. I guess the attention you need to give to your dog for its grooming all depends on what breed it is. I would be helpful if you know the breed of your dog and then do the research on how you'll maitain it. Each dog is different. Good luck on your new dog :)

i always keep my dog clean

Just to keep thier teeth from rotting, brush their teeth with doggy tootbrush, but dont use the toothpaste for people coz they dont like it, u can use kids toothpaste though.

i keep it clean by having it a bath once a while even if its cold and brush it regularly so that its fur is not that dirty and then hug it.

It is really hard for us to keep our dog clean. He likes to roll around in the dirt outside. We have a golden retriever. We give him a bath about once a month. Since he has long hair, he needs to be brushed everyday. He sheds alot too.

Once day on the week you must to make him bath and you must to brush it.I hope that you'll learn to clean it!
