I will buy a house and give it to my brother as a wedding present and with the rest of the money I will buy something for me.

The first thing I would do is pay off all my bills. Next, I would proceed to buy a house for myself. The rest I would donate to a needy person. If I didn't have to spend it with in one day I would most likely bank most of it.

If I had to spend a million dollars in one day, it would be on real estate and stocks. That way, I'd still have money in the future.
