I see so many people on her asking questions about cheating and such. Is there a national divide on this? Is cheating not taboo in some cultures? What is the deal is there realy that few COMMITTED relationships? If cheating is not taboo in some cultures is it alright just for the man or both? Just a few questions that I have and would like some feedback on. So what do you think?

Don't really know about other cultures but I think its taboo for the woman to cheat in other countries.

I think so also as it is a double standard. the men can cheat and have all of these wives and mistresses but the women have to stay faithful to their man! What a bunch of crap!!

I think that there are a lot of people who think cheating is okay. I don't understand it at all. I made a committment to my husband to love him and only him. I could never cheat on him. There's not anyone that I would want to be with so badly, that I would hurt my husband. I think if you make a committment to someone, you should stick with it. If you no longer want to be with the person, divorce, break up, or whatever, don't just cheat on them. Besides the emotional issues, there can be physical consequences too. What if you get pregnant/get someone else pregnant? What if you get an STD? Cheating is just dumb

Thank you for the views and the response. I also think that cheating is just wrong. There is no reason to do it since you only hurt the one you love.. oh damn this is a song is it not? "You only hurt the ones you love, the ones you should not hurt at all!!" Thank you for the post and have a great day!!
