Nah, its not wrong. Your dog is more faithful, more loyal, and more of a friend than anyone else you might sleep with. True? So, how could it be wrong?
Just like anyone else you might sleep with make sure the dog is clean and disease free.
Besides, fewer dogs snore than people.

I see nothing wrong with it. I used to have my dog sleep with me, but when I woke in the morning she was sleeping somewhere else. She's passed away now. One day i'll get another dog. when I live in a house that says sure pets.

My dogs always slept with me. I never had much of a problem with it. But this Christmas we got new bedspread, and my boyfriend doesn't want it to get ruined so we have made a new rule about the dogs on the bed. The dogs are not too happy about this and will often try to sneak into bed with us. Funny pups.

As long as you plan to ALWAYS share your bed, I think it is fine. The problem often comes when you have let the dog sleep there for a long time and then suddenly decide he no longer can. The dog won't understand your change of heart, not realizing that your reason is because he has grown too big, or you have new furniture, or a new spouse who objects to the dogs presence. If you see that it will be a problem in the future, you should train him to sleep on the floor or in a dog bed from the start. Same goes for furniture.
