hi break fast is necessary things in life but we should take light thing such as egg ,milk etc.

i think its best to eat rice or bread in breakfast along with a very good source of protein like chicken or fish. cereals will also do. for as long as it can keep you full up until lunch time because that time of the day requires energy for work or play.

I think everyone should have some basic and healthy stuff for breakfast. I'd do for some toasts, a bowl of cereleas of your choice (Cheeries would be my coice), a glass of milk and a piece of fruit is still possible. I don't think breakfasts should be too heavy, so I would avoid stuff like scrambled eggs or bacon.
