how to make a website???

can any help me with making my own website?? like actually building it for/ with me?? i have a great idea to make some serious money and im looking for a partner to help design a website and manage it along side me. i cant exactly put on here my idea but it wont really require a investment, or it souldn't at least. it will just really bring in some money for me and you. the canidate with the most website background and some marketing skills will get the to be partners. only serious people sould apply!

So basically you're one of those "idea guys" who want someone to do all the work, while they just sit around doing nothing? :P
No serious business ever wants "idea guys". Businesses thrive on hard work. No one with serious web development experience will answer this. And to make a good commercial site, you need knowledge, experience, lots of work and at least a small investment.
This just seems like one of those scam offers or at least a really bad deal that won't produce any results. Sorry if I sound harsh, but it's the way it is. If you're actually serious, you need to get serious.

o i'm serious, and im not looking for a huge web developer, just someone with a lil more skill than myself, and im willing to make an investment, but my partners investment wud be helping me with the design, after that than its both of us sitting around/ sharing all the work. and its not a scam. this wud actually produce serious results. but u wudnt want to work on this with me neways
