Most of them are very risky. But some pay lower taxes and seem to be relatively safe.

hyip is High Yields Investment Program you put e-gold in and wait for percentage earning amount ,but are too riskious

It's a high yield investment program. Some are scams, cause they offer impossible daily rates. If they offer lower daily rate, it is more likable you will earn some money.
