I have lots of favorite Bible verses, one of which is John 3:16, it states there that For God so loved the world that he gave his only son that whosoever believes in HIm shall not perish but have everlasting life. It is indeed a life changing verse, it speaks about how God really loves us that He made the greatest sacrifice for His love for us by giving His only son. He knows that we cannot save ourselves from the punishment of sins, its only through Jesus Christ that we can be saved. In this verse, we can see and even feel the agape love of God to mankind no matter what. Giving His only Son for us is the greatest manifestation of His love for us.How about you, which of the Bible Verse you liked most and why?

During school days we had an elocution contest. I still remember the paragraph and the chapter and verse.
The Gospel according to St.Luke, Chapter 6, Verses 27-31: But I say to you that hear, Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who abuse you, and of hime who takes away your cloak do not withold your coat as well. To him who strikes you on the cheek, offer the other also. Give to everone who begs from you, and as you wish that men would do to you, do so to them.
I won first prize of course. No wonder I like it sooooo much.

Your outlook is good but salvation is conditional and the condition is obedience. Those who obey Him will be saved.
My favorite Bible verse is Romans 8:28 - All things work into good for those who love Him... And the Lord said If you love Me, keep my commandments; this means obedience. I obeyed and was baptized into Christ and I am now a Christian. Whatever I do, I see to it that it is in accordance with the Holy Bible. If something wrong happens, I keep my peace and wait for whatever happens next for God knows and all such things will work into good... because I love God and obey His commandments.

Isaiah 53:5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him, and with his stripes we are healed.
I am a firm believer in this verse. I try to reapeat it often. My children are on the autism spectrum and I claim this verse for their healings.

Phils. 4:13 - I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Encourages me everytime I am down or discouraged. Gives me hope that whatever happens, I can go on because God promised me that He will always be there to help me. As the Bible said, Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever, He is our present help. If you need to call God, this is His number Jeremiah 33.3 - call unto me and I will answer. Just call Him, no text messages, call Him Directly and He will, He will definitely answer.
God bless

The Lord is my shepherd i shall not want, he makes me lie down in green pastures and leads me to the quiet pools of fresh water................... Psalm 23.
This verse is so encouraging for it gives one a great hope in times of difficulties. I love reading it and also singing to the songs that concern it.

Romans 8:28 is one of my favourite verse, Which really makes me realize that God is in control of my life. And i remember one more verse fron the book of Ephesians 3:20 says that "He is able to do exceedingly above all we ask or think."

There are too many to mentioned. I start with the one that I remember from the top of my head only.
Jeremiah 31:3 The Lord has appeared of old to me, saying: 'Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you.
And also the other one verse where I got when I was on the train in Japan, that is Psalm 34:8 Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the man who trusts in Him!
Those verses really inspired me a lot. They're like stuck in my head all the time. So much blessing from above waiting for us to remember Him all the time. God bless us all, anyway.

The Bible verse I like to share here is Psalm 49:10, "The fool and the senseless person perish, and leave the wealth to others." The 49th chapter of Psalm reminds me men are easily fooled by the matterial world. They try their best to build a kingdom full of gold and costly comodities. However once they die, they can bring nothing with them to the kingdom of God. or hell.

My favourite bible version is Hebrews 4:12, which means:
"For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart."
May god bless you all!

1 Cor 13:4-8
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
Love never fails.
It reaffirms my belief in love. Especially when I have doubts. Im getting married soon to a person I have loved for over 7 years. This is what my mom & dad read to us on our engagement day. I'm going to use it on my wedding day as well. No better description about love.

HI ella_grace
My favourite favourite verse besides John 3:16 is Psalm 103 particulary verses 3-5 because it was strength for me while I was believing God to heal me from Fibromyalgia. I have now been free from Fibromyalgia since 2001.
It tells us to praise the Lord, and not to forget all his benefits, healing our deseases, saving us from the pit and the he crowns us with love and compassion- He satifies us with good things and renews our youth like the eagles.
When I had fibromyalgia, I needed to feel renewed so this was a great scripture to keep my faith focused in the right perspective with hope.:)
