How long do you sleep everyday?

            These days I sleep very less in the night,but in the afternoon,I will sleep about 3 hours,it's so strange,do you have the same problem?How many hours do you sleep?And how many hours is suitable for the people between 18-25?

                    i would say about 8 hours of sleep is healthy... well between 7-8... because you are taking naps you may end up not being tired at night so you cant sleep... force yourself to go to bed at night and dont let yourself takes naps during the afternoon... your body will become acustomed to thing scheudle... 
I do this and get between 6-8 hours of sleep a nght and i feel reasted most days

                    I usually get around 6 hours of sleep at night.  Most afternoons around three o'clock I find I'm ready for a nap, especially if I haven't really done much that day.  I don't normally have a nap though, as I don't think it's really a good habit to get into.
