Mylot members only, that responded to my post yesterday on my husband being

After reading this topic, I just had to go back and read your responses to your last topic. I couldn't believe that anybody could be so heartless and cruel, and I couldn't resist leaving a comment either. Some people have hearts of stone and they could even turn a yogurt sour. My Mum used to say 'When you are down, the only way is up', and I hope it will be this case for you and your husband. I wish you both well, and I hope it will not be long before your situation improves. I will remember you both in my prayers to-night and although I am a long, long way away, if there is anything at all I can do for you, just let me know.

My grandmother alwasy told me when you think you're all in but your shoelaces, expect a miracle..there's one waiting around every corner. My wish is that as you turn this corner you find your miracle. I'll keep you in my prayers. Don't give up, just keep checkiing around the corner.

I have not went back to see what people have said. But I will. Why can someone be nasty about your husband was layed off. Well it takes all kinds of people. Don't let them bring you down. Maybe thier own life is so bad that they have to make someone feel bad so they can feel better about themself.

Just to say that I hope it all works out well - and soon. I know what a shock it can be, though I have always been treated according to the law when that has happened. As I said, sometimes these things can be a blessing in disguise, so keep looking out for the opportunities. Don't take to heart the rude and unfeeling things that some people can say. They have their own problems, usually. Let's pray that they will sort them out.

I meant every word dear friend. You guys will be just fine. Im glad to see you on here with us. You got a nasty response? Thats awful but I do know about that. When my husband was sent home one day everybody was so nice, all but one. She said oh he should have been fired. And guess what? They did fired him a day later. But you hang in there we all are pulling for you. If you need to talk give me a yell.

Can appreciate the position you are in. Thought that maybe you might have some similar things like I have been fortunate to utilize to keep us just treading water til me can get back to square one. Still hoping that all works out for you.

You are so welcome. This is what "friends" are for. We are here to support you in any way that we can. My thoughts and prayers will be with you and your husband. Having just been through this, I know that you will have some tough days ahead of you, but you WILL get through it. They say that everything happens for a reason. I'm still wondering what the reason for my lay-off was, but maybe God doesn't want me to know yet. Just take one day at a time, and you'll get through this. I'm not even going to go back to read the nasty comments that 2 people left, because I don't want to start a flame war, which I'm sure that I would! They'll get what they deserve, in the end. Margieanne, Glad to hear that you guys are not in shock and looking at this in a better frame of mind. When I was reading your discussion on Saturday I could tell that this was a shock and no one saw it coming. It's a scary situation and I'm really glad that the mylot community has been able to give you some good ideas and advice. When going thru any kind of a crisis a good support system with friends is a necessity for strength. Take one day at a time and the Lord will protect you and show you guidance. Opportunity can come knocking at any time. Who knows? Your husband might be able to find a job with better pay and better benefits. This could be a blessing in disguise. Please keep us posted on any good news.

that's a very sweet thing of you to do. we all here are like one big family. we haven't met in real life but we talk about matters, even serious issues in our lives. we try to give our advices and views to people here. even if we don't really agree on everything, we get the chance to communicate somehow through mylot. i am happy i am here. and for you, keep up the good work!

I would love to see another post from you which will say "Everything is alright now". Yeah, I am waiting to hear that. We all seems to be fighting our way in. It is so nice of you that you thanked everyone. I will again pray to God that everything becomes right for you and your husband.

Sorry, I never saw your post yesterday I would have responded. I think I can still make one or two comments. You don't need to be too worried; if a door closes several doors are bound to open. I pray for you that another door will open. At this time look up to God he will help and the Holy Spirit will comfort you and your husband. Never mind some members that could be so heartless, It is a temporary challenge and soon it will be over. Just cope with the situation, soon you will will rejoice.
