What do you think will happen if the legalize weed smoking...?

What if that happens. Is it bad or good. Tell me about it. Think carefully, because the answer is not as easy as saying NO. Think as an economist. You know that underground transactions are not added to the GDP. But if we legalize it, there won't be an underground market for weed anymore...:)
