On how someone can make some extra money? My wife and I have a baby arriving in a month or so and I would like to figure out a way to make some extra money so we can pay for everything. Thanks

I work from home for the same reasons. I have found some very Legitimate work from home and business opportunities on a site called ratracerebellion.com.

Well I've been making money online (and actually recieving the money) for completing surveys, completing free offers, reading emails, playing a game, etc. Those who are interested in this sort of thing can PM me for the details if you want. -Jennie

How about doing some jobs for relatives or people in the neighborhood, such as mowing lawns, babysitting, painting, pulling weeds, and so forth? Before you do the job, talk to the person and arrange a fair payment for it.

The simplest way to do that is to do freelance work. If you do not have programming skills or website design skills you can put bids in for data entry. Two excellent sites are getafreelancer.com and scriptlane.com. You should also check your local job listings. Quite often people will post part time writing or selling jobs there. Depending on where you are, your wife you start selling Avon or Mary Kay products.

Unfortunately there is never any easy way to generate income. To help with expenses, you shoudl cut back on anything that is not necessary, get the Sunday paper and clip coupons, enroll in any programs that will send you coupons (when my son was little, I signed up witha diaper company and a formula company an received coupons form the on a regular basis and svae a lot of money), pay attention to sales at your grocery stor and/or switch to name brand items, only use your car when necessary.

Hello. I am a stay at home mother who does freelance work on the side to help offset the cost of diapers and whatnot. What type of work do you do? If you can do computer programming or write, there are a variety of low-paying jobs that you can do from home in your spare time. You should check out elance.com, it is a freelance market place where people are looking for all sorts of skills. Also ebay is a great way to make some extra money, if you have things around the house you can part with. Good luck!

You wife could start a day care? Or, you could cut back on your spending...

I'm not looking for a full-time position or anything that will take a great amount of time. My wife and I are both employed full-time. We just want to generate some extra income to help defer the cost of daycare, diapers, etc....

What kind of skills do you have? Have you thought about freelance work (data entry, web design, etc)?
