How do you get in touch with them? The 'contact us' goes nowhere. I need to change info with them. How can I do this? I'm going crazy!!

You can definately contact them, before they let you submit your question to them they have you go through a few screens in the FAQ just to make sure you aren't asking a question that the answer is already out there to.
What is your question, if you don't mind me asking, maybe I can help and answer it for you....let me know. Would be glad to help a fellow mylotter. LOL

Thank you. My question is, 'How do I change my email address?' When I opened this paypal account, I had one email address. Well, a couple really. I have never used this account, and now I have moved since then and have a different internet provider. Therefore I have a different email address. I am trying to give them my new email address. But to no avail. I don't know what to do now.

Do you remember the email address and password that used to be associated with that account? Give me time to respond...I am leaving work now and I will be home in a little over an hour. I know you can do this. There is and easy way and a hard way...I have done it before, but I had to do it the hard way. Hopefully you will be able to do the easy way.

I'll make this a little easier...If you do remeber your old email and password then log into your account. Next to the email you have registered with that account there is a button that says add email address. Go in there and add your new email address. Go through the process to confirm that email address. Then I am pretty sure you can just go back into your accouna and delete any no longer existing email address. You are allowed either 5 or 7 address to each paypal account.

They have a phone number you can call: 1-888-221-1161 or you can email them. I have called they before, they are very helpful.
