What's your favorite Lost charachter?

So, I was here wondering who's everyone personal favorite? Mine's obviously Kate and Sawyer. Why these? Well, Kate is just the prototype of what an interesting woman is all about...she's an adventurer by nature, can be tough as a bad guy whenever she wants and also the most cute thing in the whole world as well. Sawyer represents pretty much the way I am on my daily life, cracking sarcasm all of the time and with a refined sense of humour. How about you? Who are your personal favorites?

I liked Sawyer a lot in the beginning. The problem is that it has become the Kate/Sawyer/Jack show. I really want to see more about other characters - a leveler playing field in some ways. I like Hurley a lot and the dynamic with Jin and Sun is really great. I liked Eko a lot too and was disappointed when they jettisoned him. Charlie is terrific as well and has a lot of potential if they would give him more air-time. I would like to see more of Sayid as well.

Yeah, I think Sawyer was a better character before they entered him into the soap opera storyline. I think Hurley has his amusing points but I'm not the fondest of Jin and Sun. I don't find them to be strong characters myself, but that's just my opinion. I think Charlie has much unexplored potential.
The actor who played Eko actually left the show of his own accord to go direct a documentry or something along those lines.

I heard he got axed because he had to court. Like some previous lost members who got axed. He was busted for driving with a license and some other stuff.

My personal favorite is sawyer. I have liked him from the start. I think he is really cute with those gorgous blue eyes. I gues the modeling he has done in the past has a part in that. I love his bad boy attitude. My second would be Jack..I love his take charge and being in control attitude. To bad he couldn't do that with his temper and emotions as well as he can take charge of a group or a bad situation. I have to give him credit for being smart and being able to think on his feet.

You have some valid points in there concerning Jack...I think he sacrifices a little bit of himself more than any other person of the group, just to keep the whole functioning well as a unit. Thanks for your reply.

Come on people, don't be so superficial...I want to hear reasons as to WHY the charachters are interesting, not comments based on their looks...

yup she sure is. however she did kill her own father. now that's a big turn off. but i surely like kate. i like sawyer the best to.. although i also like jack. let's just say i put sawyer and jack both on #1 on my list. lost won't be the same without those 3. don't you guys agree?

I'm not so sure if we're certain about that thing about her dad that you're mentioning? Or at least I personally don't recall. And yeah, agreed, the three charachters you've mentioned are nuclear in the story.

Yeap, at first I kinda prefered Jack as well but Sawyer quickly climbed into the first place of my preferences. Countdown going on around in here too!

I like Charlie. Poor bloke is like a sheet flapping on a clothesline, he doesn't know which way to go. There is an intrinsic goodness in him and he wants to do the right thing, if only he could figure out what it was. He's easily influenced by the strong personalities around him, and so he could go either way, based on who he attaches himself to as a role model. I hope that we see more of his journey to stand on his own instead of following whomever meets his desperate need for approval.

I have to agree that Charlies seems to be a good person by nature, but what I don't like in him is the fact that after all of this team he still finds himself in the position of needing to follow a role model after all the stuff he's gone through. He should stick out more and become more mature.

Yeah, he definitly has attitude, and even though he's quite intelligent in his own style, I wouldn't say he's one of the smartest Lost charachters though.

I can't believe a TV show charachter can influence your spirituality that much...I also don't know where's Rose now, I think she's become too irrelevant. Thanks for your reply anyway.
