Maybe it's only user-friendly because it's the brand you have predominately stuck with and always come back to. ;)
I agree though to some extent, although after a month with any phone it becomes 'user-friendly'.

go for nokia.thats the most user friendly mobile brand.and nokia is the best for indian conditions.i vote for nokia.moreover the battery life factor is the main crfiteria for which you should go for nokia.

Surely it would be more benficial basing it on your needs rather than a brand name?
People are only going to offer their personal opinion which in honesty means absolutely nothing to you as it comes under "personal preference"
For me, I'd choose Nokia over Sony any day.
