Wayne Rooney and his fiancee Coleen McLoughlin have reportedly snapped up a luxury villa in Florida. The £300,000 villa is in a development in Harbor Pointe, Port Charlotte and is amongst the holiday homes of twenty other Premiership stars. They so lucky *******. Golfer Lee Westwood always owns a property in the community which was voted one of the top five places to live in Florida. Facilities include a restaurant, bar gym and swimming pool.
