Muslisms and enemies within!

I was watching this special on television on CNN in england about muslisms and how they live in the english communities. I was preety outraged that about 90% of muslisms in thier community praise terror attacks and dying for thier "allah" . yet many muslisms here have posted that thier religion is safe and that they dont kill others. Okay let's say that were true why is it that we are allowing these muslism leaders to come out and promote this to the youth and promote this to communities? and letting bad apples do these things?
