HOW myLOT GET IT"S REVENUE TO PAY MEMBERS?

I wonder whether myLot can afford to pay the members as I can see that there are about 50,000 members. Just think if each members earns 10$ that will cost myLot a bomb to pay.
I also notice that it will take a bomb to run this site.
Not to mention how much work that the admins here have to put up.
Anyone can tell?
