well friend.exercise is certainly the best way to lose weight.years ago,i was facing the problem of obesity,which depress me a lot.then i tried to eat less.it seemed doesnt work.it's sport that saved me.i was jogging for 3 miles a day,and successfully lost 25kg in two months!excercise also helps me to focus on my work,and make me full of vigor.it's amazing.good luck!:)
