When starting a new job, do you sit back and see what's going on or do you jump

in and join the ranks. I just started a new job and was sitting back for awhile. Changed my thoughts on things and jumped right in. Now I'm glad I moved on it, love the new job.

I always jumped right in learned as much as I could about the job and kept going from there. The only job I did was working in a sewing factory! That is worse kind of job ya can get and it pays nothing
