Does bangaloren need additional Security?

As and when problems/tensions have raised hood in bangalore, one has always found the shortage of police force/security personel.Be it the burial procession of Dr.Rajkumar or the incidences of yesterday, the police have failed to maintain peace and harmony in the city.Further the high priority of bangalore on terrorist target list, does bangalore need to gear with more security?
