Do you have trouble loosing weight?

Are you always looking for ways to loose weight? Do you try different products? Ist more about weight loss or getting healthy?

I do have a problem losing weight, I try to eat a varied and healthy diet, I walk everywhere I can, and I still can't shift the weight off my flabby stomach, I've got skinny arms and skinny, but muscular legs, I seem to be a skinny person trapped in a fat persons body!

I have tried so many different diet programs and they just don't work for me. Exercise does work. However, many people don't feel motivated to lose weight until they start to see something working. For me it was this cleansing system. I have been using it for a few months now and its a total body cleanse. Toxins adhere to fat cells making it almost impossible to get rid of any other way. Which is why diets don't work. This did for me. So far I have lost close to 30# and 40 inches. In my first 9 days on the program, I lost 6.6lbs and 13 inches. So I just kept going. Now I can exercise because I am not to tired. If you want details,let me know.

OMG that is all I think about, I am a big girl, 5'10 240 - gross I know. All I do is go on diets, watch my food intake, take pills, Is it really all worth it? I never loose anything to make a difference. I just want to be attractive for my husband. I know it is gross, I do look at myself sometimes, even I can't stand myself, I can imagine how he sees me. :(

When I need to lose weight I concentrate on getting/being healthy first. and make sure theres no junk food etc. And I only do it by eating healthy/healthier, and excersing, having kids it makes it easier to excercise

I find it harder to exercise with my kids. I have 3 and they take up a lot of time. Keeping the "kid friendly" food out of the house seems to be an issue for us, since my husband keeps buying it. We don't buy a lot of it, but it does get in here. I tend to grab that when I am stressed.

earlier i was a bit lean and needed to put on weight.somehow i managed to put on weight but now i feel i have put a lttle bit of extra weight and i cant seem to loose that extra bit.

My metabolism seem to run faster before children. Even though I am on the go now more with the kids, it doesn't run the way it should. I have been drinking water alot instead of soda. Actually gave it up. With this cleansing system I have been using and the water, my metabolism is running so much better. I finally hav energy that is not fueld by caffenine.

Not, anymore I gave up. I had tried many different diet pills, patches and fasting. The best to loose weight is by eating six small meals a day, walking for excerise and be held accountable.
