Need some help getting started

I am new to my lot and I am not sure how to get started. I was wanting to learn how to make money. I was also wondering what the stars by some peoples name mean? Any help would be greatly appericated. Thanks

See .. the key is more you discuss .. more you earn .. But keep in mind .. that you post only quality posts .. not one liners ! .. Your posts should be atleast 3-4 lines. ..
