Flannel or regular sheets

With winter coming who changes to warmer sheets? or just leave your regular all year rounds sheets

I think Flannel are B-E-S-T for COLD WINTER Months... And I think Regular Sheets are B-E-S-T for H-O-T Nights, flannel sheets kinda stick to you when you sweat...
