What is your opinion of work place relationships?

Do you think it is ok to sleep with, go out or date, or just get to know your co-workers or boss? Do you think that the majority of people who do sleep with the boss are doing it to just get ahead. Or are they just doing because you gravatate towards people you are around so much that you don't have time to find an outside relationship?
