whether relegions are all for good for humans?

i think these relegions are always helpful for the humans not to go in terrorism..

religion is very paradoxical. All it talks about is non-violence, but it is the main reason for violence all around now. I think it is not the fault of religion. Humans are to be blamed, we create violence and use religion just to hide behind.

I find it ironic that so many religions teach about love and caring while they tolerate violence, killing and hatred in the name of their religion. Makes no sense to me. Personally, I think that ALL religions deserve respect and most all have the same basis but perhaps in different styles and ideas of how the one supreme being is viewed. As with all of life, I think we need to respect each other in all of our differences, including religion.
