No ganguly, no india

Sorry this is too much. Ganguly was there in south africa also. Nowadays, captaincy contributes monetarily much to the individual than the individual contributes to the team as captain. Captaincy is definite plus in getting costly endorsement contracts. But without much monetory benefits like today,actually there was a fantastic player who contributed as captain, bowler, fielder and batsman better than ganguly. His name was Kapil Dev. Everybody conveniently forgets that he has won the only world cup for India, beating the fancied windies. Who can forget that fantastic catch by kapil to get rid of viv richards in the finals or that blazing 175 not out against zimbabwe during prelims. That's captaincy for you man. Ganguly as captain has one of the worst records in one day cup final matches. Remember, india thrashed lanka in the last one day series and tied with SA without ganguly, so the point that his comeback has changed the indian team sound hollow. All said and done, ganguly is a good player and his services should be utilised diligently.

I surely feel that dravid is a much better captain and i think it is true comparing the results of each player as a captain!

yes u r right. ganguly has made a gr8 comeback and he has came with a bang both in test as well as one dayers. he is a gr8 player and he had just lost his confidence in the past and he looks more confident and this will help him a lot in improving his image as well helping out indian cricket team.

i dont like ganguly to be in indian team he has not got form but just playing against very bad bowlers and he is worst for indian team becuase he had tried to devide the indian team.

return of ganguly has changed a lot and is going to change a lot .but the header no ganguly no india should not be used so likely.
