Balenced Diet

We eat verious type of food daily,we don't care how many calories and fat we consume.Some people can burn it some people can't .Balenced diet is all about eating food that your body can burn without incresing your weight.
For mee balenced diet is all about avoiding eating bakery products and eating more fruits.Mainly i avoid oil too.What do u think what is balenced diet for U.

I am vegetarian so I eat a fairly healthy diet anyway. I don't eat fried or greasy food and I don't really eat sweets much, though I do like chocolate!!! I try and eat my 5 portions of fruit and vegetables a day, drink lotsof water, and eat lots of salds in Summer.
