These are etiquettes and manners taught to us from the childhood and holds good for ever. If unknowingly some thing wrong had happened, it is always better to say sorry so that person will not get angry, irritated or sometimes he may shout. By saying sorry (sometimes I am really sorry) will help to make even the worst enemy to give a smile and say 'NEVER MIND'

Its always right to say your sorry if u fill u have done something wrong or hurt someone u should tell them

yes u should always say sorry because every1 makes mistakes and da other person should know dat if dey did sumtin wrong u would also forgive dem....if u are truly sorry prove to dem u are mayb den dey will definetly forgive u

I think when SORRY word invented,It is meant for small problem occured against other person.But now a days it is become a fashion and some times becoming as embrassing to hear.

for me if someone does something to hurt me or something, it takes more than "sorry" to gain, my forgiveness, but it really depends on the person. If it's someone whose always had my trust then yea "I'm sorry will make it things slightly better".
