Is it kidnapping?

I watched a movie tonight called "Love Wreaked" a girl was in love with a famous rock star she had a chance to save his life, while on a island tourist attraction. Due to a storm they where ship wreaked, they where she believed on a deserted island but she discovered they where still on the island and safe but on the opposite side she took advantage of the situation and did not tell the rock star she wanted to get to know him do you think this is kidnapping and deception or would it be something you would try.

If I were in her situation, I would probably do the same thing but it's a movie which is hard to imitate in real life. I think it is kidnapping... and that's scary. There would be too many risks, I don't think it will be worth it.
