Far away from Sweet Home!!

I'm working in a stock broking firm in bangalore where i'm staying from past 4 yrs. I'm about 3000 kms away from my home. Being the only child of my parents, they want me to come down and settle nearby and on the contrary if i have to make career in the same industry i'll have to stick to this place. Hence, i'm not able to take decesion wether to stay here and continoue the services or should i start looking out for jobs in my native place. I'm looking for some valuable suggestions.
