Should you Tell a Woman That She's Beautiful?

I have friends that always seem to know when is the best moment to tell a woman that's she's beautiful and it has never been failed in doing so. He always got the women he wants. For me, I don't quite get the right timing. Are there any specific moments when dating that I should tell it or I just express it when I feel like saying it.

Yes ofcourse you should comment a woman on her beauty, afterall she tries to look her best just for you! The most appropriate time to tell is when she is completely messed up or when she takes hours to get dressed up when she is going out with you!!

Is it the best time to say it right after meeting her or afterwards? And saying it in each meeting later on? Do women get bored that the same guy telling her she's beautiful? =o)

If a girl is truly beautiful, let her know. Girls are down on themselves a lot these days. More then we know. So saying sweet things truly does help out girls. I personally am surprised at the number of girls out there with low self esteem.

It is important to tell women how they look! Dont be too frequet, or boring about it. Just tell them when they look nice =)
