I think Solid Snake! Because he already have a great number of experience on his missions. Snake can able to spy even forest! Then snake have a invinsibilty electronic gadget whicìs the stealth. Sam fisher do not have this kind of gadget, and even though he have this kind of gadget? I'm sure snake can able to win the comparison.

Best would be snake, he is more agile and has many camouflage items to used in order to hide himself from enemies. Specially his own favorite item the cardboard boxes. LOL. on the other hand sam fisher just crouches when moving in order to silence his footsteps and he has a weak point, those 3 Green color goggles it can be seen easily in the the dark.

Snake. Sam Fischer just isn't cool enough.
