Who created earth God or Devil?

GOD for sure.if you do believe the bible then the answer is obvious.

God created the earth, the sky, the planets and all therein. He also created the Devil. The cruelty on earth is due to the work of the Devil. Devil prompts people to commit cruelty. Man/women are created by God in such a way that he/she can rise to the level of angels or that he/she can degrade to the level of cruel animals. People are given sense by God to choose the good deeds and bad deeds. God is love. God propagates love. All the Prophets of God propagated love. The name "Rahman" in Arabic (in Islam) is one of the attributes of God. I do not agree with your words "that love and kindness is only in words, but nobody is having in mind. Every body is hiding in the bushes to get a chance to jump on others. The earth is a forest with cruel human animals". If it was so, your mother would have thrown you in the bin after your birth and you would not have grown up without her care and attention. God bestowed love on all mothers. God is 70 times more affectionate on His creations. Don't you see how even the cruel animals look after their babies? Earth is not a forest, it is full of life every where. Even the beasts in the forests are endowed with love to their fellow beings.
