Why men dont like to share their their feelings?

I dont know why men dont like to share their feelings with others.Men bury their feelings that lead to getting addicted to drugs,chain smoking,alcohol because the feelings that are buried have no way to go out of their hearts.Burying feelings also leads to ill health.Expose your ideas about this?
