one evening, my parents had some (small) arguments that lead to a big one. my mother was complaing about the hole on the screen inside the window of our bathroom. he was asking my father to do something about it because the hole might grew bigger and the rats will enter the house. instead of trying to do something, my father got angry and murmured that it's not about rats or something. i didn't really got the real story because i was inside my room. i just heard their screems which alarmed me. then my mother came in crying. she was telling me that if not for me and my daughter (since i'm a single mom), he would leave my father. i began to feel sad about it. i didn't want them to go separate ways. i didn't know what to say to my mother and what advice to give so i just listened to her and let her stop from crying. can someone help me on what advice i can give to her. this happens every once in a while.
