Do you think that children do exactly as they see?

I have just received an email and it really got me. It shows young children of age between 4 and 5 walking behind their parents. If the parent is smoking the child is smoking or if the parent stops to help someone across the road, the child does the same. Do you think that the children really take our examples? Because sometimes we really do things not thinking that the children are noticing!

i belive that the chidren are reflections of there parents. alot of kids grow up wanting to be like there parents, some grow up not wanting to be like there parents, but most grow up just like there parents. i think that we as parents should do our best in provideing a postive healthly lifestyle for our children
