It depends really. On a majority, men are physically stronger and women mentally stronger. But you can have the smallest weakest women in the world, have her child trapped under something heavy that you think only a man could lift and should could lift it off her child. Yes, men, in general, are physically stronger than women, and there's no need to further back this up. I mean, if you and your husband are the average type... you can actually do a simple experiment to prove who beteen the two of you is stronger. Speaking about MENTAL, there is no scientific evidence that can point out that women, in general, are stronger than men, nor there is a scientific study that tells us that that is a gender related human asset. Yes, there's no question about women able to streth pain threshold when delivering a baby, but the same can we tell for those military men who were stationed in the Middle East, Iraq, Afghanistan, etc., and were tortured. I mean, it requires a lot of mental to physically survive when you're under torture, or even just being in a war. And we all know that most military personnel assigned to wars were men. ya i think so because there is difference in physical powers of men and women. men are ruff and tuff, women are delicate. Mentally, i think in decision making women are stronger relating to relationships and on money matters men are more stronger mentally.

I feel it is tough to generalise who is the stronger of the two sexes. Because there are many ladies nowadays who are black cats, black belt holders, para military personnel who with her technique and skill can take down quite afew men. While there are guys who play chess mental sport far better than women. How many womern players have beaten Kasporav, kramnik, karpov, Anand. Besides if yous ee toppers for IAS or many compettive exams quite few times you will see men toping them. Most of politcal, business leaders are men. But still i feel it is upto an individual if he or she is determined to pursure their dreams and want to shine or achieve their goals nobody can stop them be it man or woman.

i think that men r more stronger physically and in some cases mentally too. it depends on the conditions as u can't say that in every condition women or men can be more stronger, it varies from instances to instances. in some instances women have shown more bravery for example rani laxmibai. but at the same time women are more prone to tension and hypertension and all but men dont fall for it easily. in case of birth only women can show that they can suffer pain more than man. this has been cited many times. so there is no need to argue on this. have happy times ahead.

it depends what do you mean on mentaly stronger because womans tend to cry more them mens a woman is emotional unstable a man cancontrol himself but a womans needs to express her felling she cant compress them like mans, thats a fact. It is a true fact that women are mentally stronger than man. my wife is a example of it. she is very strog with me mentally. a woman have to suffer pain during delivery and I think no man can suffer like this. but man are psysically strong but these day there are no different between man and women both are same. but a woman is stronger mentally than man.

It is true and it is scitifically proved that female brain is working more than male. But there is one flaw in female. that is the are thinking too much and unnessesary. This is just because when a male listen something they analysis that whether it is important or not and with priorty basisc. In case of female they are only analysising it deeper and deeper whether it is important or not. In case of physical strongness, Men are stronger because they are more consious about there physical fitness and female are beauty consious.

I definitely agree with the saying that the men are physically stronger, but the women are mentally stronger. The woman has got to play the role of a wife, daughter-in-law, daughter, mother & while having to deal with work & office politics. Try getting a guy to do all that, he will probably collapse. There might be a handful of single fathers out there who have to raise the kids single-handedly, but that's a rare minority.

yes its true that men are stronger and they are. but the power that women have ie their emotional strength. this emotional strength can give them enough power to do any thing in this world but one thing is to remember emotional power acts in both ways it can suppress you also if it is dominating on u as for as men are concerned they have less emotional strength!!
