Cancer or the illusion of cancer

Over the weekend, I've been introduced to a completely new world, a world I have never experienced before. I went to a gynecologist just to do a checkup and then she unexpectedly tells me that I have a tumor in my breast. My whole world fell and cracked on me and I spent three days going from one doctor to another. Each doctor tells me something different and prescribes me a different medicine. Unitl I decided to do a memography to make sure of the result. Thank God the memography asserted that I'm normal and fine. Do you guys know what are exactly the symptoms for breast cancer or for cancer in general?

It just shows how diagnosis is often a case of individual assumption and individuals are just that - individual.
Even after tests, it is the interpretation of those tests that sometimes expose a difference of opinion.
I do hope it all turns out well for you.
