easy way to get into sleep

its better to have mild exercise or hot water bath or some massages before going to sleep..try this..i think it really helps u.

i think that mild exercise is good b4 u go for sleep. hot water bath is done when u r too tired so that u can feel more fresh . so this is preferred during night but preferably not b4 sleep in my opinion.

ya,ur correct...but what most people feel is when they have a hot water bath and relax listening to some music,they go to bed easily than normally..

my mom in law recommended milk + honey. and it really worked for me.
