Best place is kulu manali.It is so cooooooooooool and romantic.I visited and enjoyed a lot.

Ganpatipule beach is a good place to go for a honeymoon. The sunset is marvelous. The MTDC RESORT IS GOOD TO RESIDE AS WELL AS FOR DINNER AND LUNCH. if you want to manage with economic lodging, The gurukrupa lodge run by Bapat is excellent, you get a double bed room just for 200/- per day. Restaurent bill for a day in MTDC would be some where max. rs 400/- a day for two. Morover the shashwat Lord Ganesha Temple is un forgetable. Anybody will love to be in ganpatipule for a fortnight. This beach is safe, cool, as well as marvelous.

There are many places like ooty,masoorie (Uttranchal) , shimla (Himachal), and many more. The only condition is climate should be cool :)
